Statement of Appointing Arbitrator
委托指定仲裁员声明
This is to authorize the Chairman of the F.T. Arbitration Commission to appoint an arbitrator on behalf of this Corporation to settle the dispute existing between the Plaintiff, M. M. Corp. and the Defendant, V.V. Co., Ltd. concerning the Defendant's failure to meet their obligation under contracts concluded for the supply of 8,000 metric tons of Aluminum Ingots.
本公司授权并请求对外贸易仲裁委员会主席在原告MM公司和被告VV公司因被告不履行有关提供8，000公吨铝锭合同义务而引起的争议案中代我方指定仲裁员一人。
Should the Defendant fail to appoint an arbitrator within the time specified by the Rules of F.T. Arbitration Commission, this Corporation would then ask the Chairman of F.T. Arbitration CommisSion to appoint an arbitrator for the Defendant.
如果被告未在对外贸易仲裁委员会规则规定的时限内指定仲裁员，本公司要求对外仲裁委员会主席代被告指定仲裁员一人。
