中外合资、合营企业条款(1)

1. Foreign companies,  enterprises and other economic organizations or individuals could jointly establish and operate equity joint ventures or cooperative joint ventures within the territory of the People's Republic of China with Chinese companies, enterprises or other economic organizations based on the principle ofequality and mutual benefit, and upon the approval of the Chinese government.外国公司、企业和其他经济组织或个人按照平等互利的原则，经中国政府批准，在中华人民共和国境内可以同中国的公司、企业或其他经济组织共同举办合资企业或合作企业。
