Daniel Zhongliang Wang, an attorney admitted in both China and the United States
(California and Minnesota), has joined the Law Offices of Zhang, Wang & Lee, L.L.P.,
effective January 1, 2005, as an equity partner. In this capacity, Daniel will be
responsible for managing and overseeing the overseas operations of our firm. Prior
to joining Zhang, Wang & Lee, Daniel worked for Reagan, Watson & Leary, P.C. as a
senior associate, was engaged in a diverse and highly dynamic international practice,
and served clients throughout the United States and China. His core practice was
and will continue to be concentrated in the areas of corporate law, including mergers
and acquisitions, and public and private financing. Daniel holds a J.D. magnum
from New York University School of Law and a LL.B. from Beijing University of Finance
and Business. He brings more than 10 years’ diverse experience of law to Zhang,
Wang & Lee, L.L.P.
