Re: Service fee past due.
Dear Debtor:
A few months ago you retained us in a lawsuit against your business partner in a joint
venture dispute. We promptly rendered our service and settled the case to your
satisfaction without resorting to the court.
To date we have not received payment on the last installment according to the
retainer agreement signed by you. In addition, you have not notified us regarding
any further dealings with your former J.V. partner, again ignoring the retainer
agreement.
Your prompt attention to these matters will be appreciated. Please send your
payment now. We will not have to send further notices and it will allow us to keep
serving you with our best effort.
