Witness by Attorney
I, the undersigned witness, being an attorney duly licensed to practice law in the
People’s Republic of China, in no way and not in any manner associated with the
above gift recipient, do hereby say and declare under penalty of false swearing, that
the person named above (gift maker) is personally known to me; that I witnessed the
gift maker signed or acknowledged the foregoing acknowledgment of gift in my
presence; that the gift maker subscribed, published and declared the same to be his
instructions, appointments and free act in my presence; that I thereafter subscribed
the document as witness in the gift maker’s presence and at the gift maker’s request;
that at the time of the execution of the above document the gift maker appeared to
me to be of sound mind, able to understand the nature and consequence of his act,
and under no duress, fraud, or undue influence; and that I make this affidavit at the
gift maker’s request this 31st day of August, 2005.
