successors in interest. At the time of executing this document, I am not being
represented by Zhang, Wang & Lee in any matter and said recipient is not under any
fiduciary relationship with me.
This gift is made out of my own free will and is not an advance of any later gift or
bequest that I may make to the recipient noted above.
