Dear Jenny:
Enclosed is your June invoice, which reflects your past due balance.
This letter will confirm the agreement we reached in our telephone conversation today
that you will make monthly payments in the amount of USD $500.00 per month for
the next six months to retire your outstanding balance to this firm of USD $3,000.00.
I have agreed to this payment plan in an effort to ease your financial burden, and have
agreed to waive interest charges so long as you continue to make your monthly
payments as agreed herein. As such, I hope you will make every effort to retire this
balance in a timely fashion in accordance with our agreement.
I hope all is well with you, and that your company enjoys continued growth and
success.
