1The Bidder shall prepare one original and the number of copies listed in NO. 4 0f the Cover Sheet of the bid clearly marking each " Original" and "Copy" of bid, as appropriate, In the event of any discrepancy between them, the original shall govern.
2 The original and all copies of the bid shall be typed and shall be signed by the Bidder OT a person or persons duly authorized to bind the Bidder to the Contract. The latter authorization shall be indicated by written power-of-attorney accompanying the bid. All pages of the bid,except for unnamed printed literature, shall be initialed by the person or persons signing the bid.
3 The bid shall contain no interlineations. erasures or overwriting except as necessary to correct errors made by the Bidder. in which case such corrections shall be initialed by the person or persons signing the Bid.
4 Telegraphic bids shall not be accepted.
