Enclosed are a settlement check, a Praecipe of Dismissal and a release, pursuant to
our settlement agreement in the above referenced matter.
Please have your client execute the release and then return it to my office. Kindly
refrain from disbursing any funds from your escrow account until I have received the
original executed release.
Finally, please execute, file and at your earliest convenience, send me a file-stamped
copy of the Praecipe of Dismissal.
