Dear Ms. Fulton:
I am an attorney associated with Zhang, Wang & Lee, L.L.P. and am representing Ms.
Yanjing Zhang, a female employee in your Research Department and currently
serving as the secretary to one Mr. Huckster Armstrong, an expatriate manager
relocated from your U.S. headquarters to China in February 2005.
I am writing to notify you that Mr. Armstrong is sexually harassing my client. Not
only does he routinely give my client such unwelcome gestures as pinching her hip
and touching her breast, but he presses, persistently, for sexual favor from my client,
almost on a daily basis. Past complaints to your department and other corporate
managers have been to no avail.
Enclosed please find a list of the sexual harassments inflicted upon my client, with
detailed descriptions and the exact happening date and time.
I prefer to resolve this matter privately, but will not hesitate to take legal action if
you do not respond within 15 days of the date of this letter.
